They do provide more rotational distance, the higher the radius the greater circumference of that total movement. U have to move your thumb further horizontally to move the same amount

I have the same problem but with another game that doesn’t have auto sprint option. I wonder if this grips can help to relieve the pain ? Or anything that could help let me know please

Might be late but tactical sprint will save you and your mobility will sky rocket
Your accuracy going down 10% could be because you're getting more headshot, which mean you might miss more shots but deal more damage.
will these fit snugly even when the original thumb grips have worn away (so the hard plastic stub is left?)

Does anyone using thumb stick extenders need to alter their stick sensitivity either up or down? For example running say 6.6 on warzone. Will using the extenders increase the overall sensitivity and therefore need to reduce it or even vice versa?
You don’t need to change it at all. I use extenders and I still play on 4 4. It just gives you the ability to have control at higher sensitivities

I will say that the thumbsticks don't really improve your aim unless your hands are 100 percent comfortable with them. I say this because I got used to them after 3 months and I gotten worse because the thumbsticks are too tall and require a higher sense to get used to. I am usually low sense player ever since COD so I may just be subjective as a reviewer.

I'm buying 20x pieces of silicone thumb sticks , at wish for very cheap like 12 dollars (including triggers) idk if its good Is it? Dual shock 4 ps4 controller i got. For fort nite and GTA is it good?
Synitical No, because in GTA, the only aiming you really need is in sniper battles when going side to side. GTA has strong ass auto aim, so you really don’t ned to aim except for going up to the head. In Fortnite, no, it is not a pro player type of game. Hits are based on luck so accuracy isn’t really that much of a problem.

I literally can’t put the things on
I may be late to it or not but once on they're on. They are annoying to put on, but what I did was use the sides then slowly slip into place as I turned the thumbstick around it. It'll kinda snap into place.
I don't recommend these though, even after getting use to I noticed a dip in all aspects of gameplay. Something like the satisfy grips are best although lacking in quality control to some. I didn't have any issues, about a years worth of use. Can't go wrong with them or Kontrol Freaks Galaxies.
