In both world wars, Germany could have easily won. But, because of them having dumb allies, Germany was forced to send reinforcements to Italy and Japan which weakened their main attacking force. Honestly, if Germany took on Europe by itself, it would have won both wars. In fact, operation Barbarossa failed only because of Japan provoking the US and Rommel failing in Africa. Germany’s blitzkrieg was supposed to end in October of 1941, but instead, it got delayed and ended up in December.
Russia was unmodernized, with terrible rail, logistics, it is hard to get any Human Resources to the front lines. Therefore, Russia would of collapsed before Germany made it to moscow

This is unrealistic here is what would simi happen: June 18th 1914 Germany declares war on Russia due to some border conflicts and German nationalism June 1914: Germany mobilizes its reserves added on to its active personel scoring 3.8Million soldiers ready to march in less then 48 hours while Russia has allmost no railroads nor Infrastructure they mobilize slowly but still have around 1.2 Million soldiers near the German border (mostly in Poland) July 1914: Germany gives the "we will be home by Christmas speach gaining moral among its soldiers as they begin to push deep into eastern poland managing to march all the way to warsaw circle it and destroy the Russian 5th army (107,000 prisoners) July 1914: Russia fully mobilizes its forces to 3.6 Million compaired to the German 3.9 Million and with the Germans already at Minsk and Riga the Germans capture both citys in late July August 1914: Russian counter offensive in the north in unable to brake through the German lines at Riga instead getting wipped out and taken prisoner (273,000 captured) is is at this time the Germans manage to invade and secure the baltics making their way to the eastern Estonian border and managing to march most of the way (18 miles) from the outskirts of keiv and managing to take over all of Belarus September 1914: Germany takes out Russian 11th and 12th armies taking 230,000 prisoner and taking keiv along with most of south west ukraine and marching to moscow and St petersburg October 1914: the soviets plan and execute a revolution while the Germans march inside of st Petersburg ending the war Peace treaty: Baltics puppeted Poland puppeted Ukraine puppeted Belarus puppeted Soviets take government of Russia
