  • Just a tip for when you get yourself one of these chinesey amp modules. It's a good idea to change the thermal paste for a better one, since the one used is not really that great

    Nice instructions.
Does it still working after all this time or did you had to replace the chip or any other part?
I'm asking because I don't trust very much these Chinese products because they make things to blow in days and buy a replacement LOL

If you are careful when disassembling electronics there is only a super low chance of damaging something. But yeah. Replacing thermal paste doesn't harm electronics whatsoever. Had this amp for 2 years now and its still working perfectly, despite my Supply voltage being a bit low (12V. At least 14V are recommended)

    Hi great video.
I bought this amp in Aliexpress and it works fine but it doesn´t support all of his potencial. I explain: i put 36v with a power supply and it gives plenty of volume but only for 10 seconds, then it goes to a down volumen.
Is this your case? What can it be?
    Thanks.

Sounds like the load is so high it drains the capacitors faster than it can charge em

@@HardDiskLover I can solve it by adding more capacitors?
      Thanks.

@@napolitano7150 you can try. Maybe it will work. Have you also checked if the powersupply you are using can deliver sufficient Current (Ampere). It could be that the load is to high for it and the voltage from the powersupply drops significantly. You can test this with a multimeter to see if the input voltage drops when your volume decreases

@@HardDiskLover Yeah it can output 170w. Thanks for answering. I will try different things

@@napolitano7150 170 watts at 32 or 36v means there are not many amps going through it at all. When running at 36v you want 320w going through it. This board is rated for use at 9 amps.
