      Kevin, how much of each ingredient do you put in your homemade hair topical ? I here all these help with thinning hair. Also, how do you prepare the Fenugreek tea. I'm 45, post chemo for Leukemia and developed Type II Diabetes because I packed over 50 lbs these past two years. Between that, my grays coming in big time, and the bald spot on the vertex of my scalp (full hair line thank God), I want to see if I can reverse some of this.

    • @philippkarner_
      @philippkarner_  Před 27 dny +4

      I have never heard of this. I like to take vitamin D with magnesium. Taking magnesium with vitamin D helps convert vitamin D into its active form. In addition, vitamin D enhances intestinal magnesium absorption, and combining these two nutrients enhances their bioavailability and effectiveness.

    Which one is better between Moringa or Chaga? If have to choose?

    • @philippkarner_
      @philippkarner_  Před 22 dny +1

      That's a tough one. Check out Chaga's potential benefits compared to Moringa's.
      Chaga:
      lowering cholesterol levels, slowing cancer growth, supporting immune function, reducing blood pressure and promotes healthy hair growth and maintains hair's natural color.
      Moringa:
      extremely nutritious, fights inflammation, energy boosting, might enhance sex drive, may support cognition and mood, balances blood sugar, has anti-aging properties and supports healthy hair and hair color, may reduce blood pressure, helps with digestion, may reduce cholesterol and a great immune system booster.
      So... I would try out Moringa first and see how you like it. You could always try Chaga later on.

Coq10 high foods are reindeer, organ meats (specifically beef, pork, chicken, and fish hearts), and oily, fatty fish.
