Jody - safety loop is installed near the front of the driveshaft in order to prevent the front from dropping when the shaft breaks and pole vaulting the car. I don’t think there is much different that could have been done when it breaks at the rear.
@@danmyers9372 most backhalf cars install a rear loop on the crossmember where the 3 or 4 link ties into so definitely couldve helped prevent that. That car has issues it didnt break from just "power"
