- If you’ve been keeping up with the Custer & Wolfe Show, you’ll appreciate the question asked by one of our listeners this week: How’s the sign saga going? Well, the short answer is - it’s done! We officially have our sign hanging on the building, and things are feeling cozier than ever. Those temporary signs are finally coming down, and people will actually be able to find us now! This means a open house and tours are on the way in the next few weeks, and we’re eyeing some VIP guests and a special person to cut the red ribbon. Exciting!
This year on November 11, for the 4th consecutive year, we will be releasing a special military edition watch. This will be the fourth year in a row that we have a 50-piece, limited edition set. These are the Hamilton 4992B’s with the black dial, but you can find out everything you need to know about our military watches here:
vorticwatches.com/pages/milit...
We’re keeping the details of this special watch close to the chest until its release, but just know this is one of our all-time favorites. You don’t want to miss this one!

We want to bring you along on all the successes, failures, innovations, and inventions that go into American manufacturing and watchmaking. Follow along as we restore vintage pocket watch movements and give them new life with Vortic Watch Co., and as we build a brand new watch company from scratch, focused on making high-quality American-machined watches.

I LOVE you guys!!! Teaching a generation how to make things!!! You should come visit Greensboro, NC where I live! We have a great Maker community!
Maybe one day!
I know a bit late but congratulations on your sign! Looks great!!!
Loving the show. I visited your old location a couple of years ago and am going to be in Fort Collins in Nov. Hope to be able to come by and see the new spot. Keep up the videos!
Awesome, feel free to schedule a tour through our website: vorticwatches.com/pages/schedule-a-tour
Thank You for FTS info!!! I’m so excited! Thank you J.T. PS I noticed the color and lighting difference in this video… Was this intentional? Looks a little washed out… Antiqued…?
So glad you noticed! We are always experimenting with new things to see if we can create the perfect look we are going for. Did you like it?
@@CusterWolfe I thought it looked “Retro” Personally it was too much, and I prefer the more normal lighting you have been using previously.
You guys should contact ELON Musk about doing a TESLA & or SpaceX watch!!! He is alway preaching about manufacturing!!! Sounds a little crazy, but I believe he would really love what you guys are doing, and quite honestly you guys would get SO many orders it would take years to finish them…. LOL 😂
