It's kind of a stretch, but whenever I hear Maurice I think of two things: (Crazy Old Maurice - Belle's father in Disney's 2001 Beauty and the Beast) and (The Joker - Steve Miller Band- "Some people call me Maurice" - The Space Cowboy). Maybe a combination of the two?
When I hear Maurice I always think of King Julian's little side kick/assistant/slave from Madagascar, lol. When they were saying Maurice in the review I kept hearing it in Sacha Baron Cohen's Lemur voice because he yells "Maurice" all throughout those damn movies and during the penguins Nickelodeon show because I've seen those damn movies a shitload of times with my niece. Now every time I hear it during this review I hear it in Steve Miller's voice after reading your comment.

I feel like towards the end when the two girls were mixing aerobics with karate was like a white girl version of capoeira. Which, sadly didn't enter somewhat of the mainstream until the movie "Only the Strong" (starring Marc Dacascos) hit.
This was the last movie before Louis Lombardi got his big break starring in "amongst friends", for which he won a few awards. He also played an FBI agent in the Sopranos for all seasons.
Maurice from Outer Space... Were they trying to make a reference to that one song that includes the lines "Some people call me the space cowboy" and "Some people call me Maurice"?
I'd recommend you check out Daniel der Zauberer (Daniel the wizard). It's certainly one of the absolute worst movies i've ever had the misfortune to stumble upon - but worth it if you stick it out until the ending. Sadly, i don't think it's been dubbed but i've definitely seen some versions with English Subs.
I was just thinking that it's a terrible message to learn this stuff to go try to get revenge on people, not just in case you have an issue in the future. The end should have shown the main guy sailing to an island and beating up a bunch of villagers
It's a TV show, but you guys NEED to check out VR Troopers. It's a power rangers ripoff with stupid looking characters, the least subtle villian in all of fiction, Woody, one of the best bad characters, Proffesor Horatio Hart, who has the deadest eyes, and a talkimg dog that sounds likr Jack Nicholson.

This movie is at least 80% montage/filler. Most of this cast has done little since this film. Plot point- the heroes are more anti-hero or straight up psychotic. The actress playing Sandy had potential.

Guys, I've done aerobics (that thing with the step specifically) and Krav Maga. You'd be surprised. Someone who does both has an advantage because both involve turning memory into automatic responses and both are quite demanding physically. You can totally have them work together to make you a better athlete. However... It won't look like whatever the fuck they're trying to do in this movie. I've seen Troll 2. We may do it eventually, but Troll 2 has been done quite a bit on other shows and we generally try to find different movies to review. Not saying we won't ever do it, but we're planning to keep on trying to find new awesomely bad movies for you guys.
You are right about there being a shitload of Troll 2 reviews on CZcams so if and when you guys did an episode on it, it would be like the 10,000th Troll 2 review, which would make it difficult for you guys to try and find new things to talk about because every bad trope or part has been analyzed over and over, so there's no room for you guys to make observations, especially with your videos usually being close to an hour each time. That being said, Troll 2 is part of the holy trinity of so terrible that they have become cult classics along with "The Room" and "Birdemic." ( Samurai cop is up there, but if I did add it in then I wouldn't be able to call it a holy trinity of terrible movies, so it is on the outside looking in on that list).

I have been watching the Nostalgia critic for years now, and have been watching GB or BB for close to a year now and I am almost positive that you say "we watch terrible movies and tell you if you should too." Jesus Christ I think you guys just might have uncovered the absolute worst movie ever made, ever! Everything about this movie is just painfully terrible, from the "acting" to the "dialogue", to the "cinematography" and the " plot", it seems like the film makers went out of their way to make the shittiest movie imaginable, but then they inadvertently ended up creating a "it's so bad that it's good" masterpiece, lol. It's like the early 90's version of "the producers", but instead of making a Broadway show named "Spring time for Hitler", they made a feature length martial arts/anti-rape P.S.A. As terrible as the overall finished movie is, there are a few things I thought were genius. The first thing has got to be that fucking guys hair; that is one of the most glorious mullet/pony tails I have ever fucking seen, lol. That mullet was so spectacular they should have given it it's own trailer on the lot, and it deserved a feature credit, both at the start of the film as well as the final credit roll. Another genius thing from this movie is that fucking gang of bad guys. That is easily the single most diverse gang of armed robbers/rapists I have ever seen in a film. It's like the film makers felt like they would be offending certain demographics if they added an all black or all Mexican gang as the bad guys, so they decided to put together the most diverse gang ever so that they didn't feel like they were offending or leaving out any particular group. So what the viewers are left with is a Hodge podge of gangster hooligans; A white Italian dude, an extremely stereotypical Mexican Cholo, a gangster Asian, a black dude, a Pacific Islander, (not sure if he was Hawaiian or Somoan or some other Islander), and a few other ethnically diverse gang members. It has to be one of the dumbest gangs in any movie, and the only reason I can't definitively say it's the dumbest gang is because of Neil Breen. I think it was in " I am here....now" that had that fucking "gang." There's that scene where the one main sisters convinces her other sister, who had just lost her job, to become a prostitute. So she takes her sister to meet the "gang" who runs the prostitution ring, and ohh boy is that the most random group of ruffians, lol. There's the main black guy who shoots his buddy in the wrist because he wants to bang the new recruit first, so before an argument can even start, dude just pulls out is pistol and shoots his friend right through the wrist. Then it shows the other members of the "gang" and I nearly list my shit from laughing it was so absurd and ridiculous. So there is the big ass black dude who appears to be the leader, (and he at least kind of looks like he would be pretty gangster), but then it shows the rest of the "gang" and all sense of seriousness is murdered in its tracks because this "dangerous" street gang consists mainly of middle aged white guys wearing suits, with maybe 1 or 2 other guys who look like they might be in a gang, and it's not because they look like tough scary gangsters, but standing next to the gray haired old white guys in suits makes them look infinitely more tough and intimidating. Thank you Brian and Kyle for finding and sitting through this dumpster fire of a film, you are doing mankind a great service by finding and watching these awful movies so that we the people of the CZcams are aware of these abominations to the film industry. In all seriousness though, I really like this channel and I think it's awesome how you guys devote close to an hour to really dig deep into these movies and give us fans plenty of content to watch.

I've seen Troll 2. We may do it eventually, but Troll 2 has been done quite a bit on other shows and we generally try to find different movies to review. Not saying we won't ever do it, but we're planning to keep on trying to find new awesomely bad movies for you guys.

You are right about there being a shitload of Troll 2 reviews on CZcams so if and when you guys did an episode on it, it would be like the 10,000th Troll 2 review, which would make it difficult for you guys to try and find new things to talk about because every bad trope or part has been analyzed over and over, so there's no room for you guys to make observations, especially with your videos usually being close to an hour each time. That being said, Troll 2 is part of the holy trinity of so terrible that they have become cult classics along with "The Room" and "Birdemic." ( Samurai cop is up there, but if I did add it in then I wouldn't be able to call it a holy trinity of terrible movies, so it is on the outside looking in on that list).

They definitely were in the beginning of the 90´s when I was about 10, they were as popular as fidget spinners were a couple of years ago.
Obviously you can keep the tagline if you want, it's not like it's stealing, but "we watch bad movies, so you don't have to" is exactly nostalgia critics tagline.....just sayin. You can do better!

I thought your intro slogan is "Welcome to GB or BB, the show where we watch terrible movies and then tell you if you should too." I could be having a case of the Mandela effect here and remembering things wrong, but I could swear that's what you say, and I just don't feel like restarting the video to check because I'm already 30 minutes into it, lol. I have been watching the Nostalgia critic for years now, and have been watching GB or BB for close to a year now and I am almost positive that you say "we watch terrible movies and tell you if you should too." If you and the NC had the same intro word for word I think I would have noticed, but as I said I could be having the Mandela effect on this.

Jesus Christ I think you guys just might have uncovered the absolute worst movie ever made, ever! Everything about this movie is just painfully terrible, from the "acting" to the "dialogue", to the "cinematography" and the " plot", it seems like the film makers went out of their way to make the shittiest movie imaginable, but then they inadvertently ended up creating a "it's so bad that it's good" masterpiece, lol. It's like the early 90's version of "the producers", but instead of making a Broadway show named "Spring time for Hitler", they made a feature length martial arts/anti-rape P.S.A. As terrible as the overall finished movie is, there are a few things I thought were genius. The first thing has got to be that fucking guys hair; that is one of the most glorious mullet/pony tails I have ever fucking seen, lol. That mullet was so spectacular they should have given it it's own trailer on the lot, and it deserved a feature credit, both at the start of the film as well as the final credit roll. Another genius thing from this movie is that fucking gang of bad guys. That is easily the single most diverse gang of armed robbers/rapists I have ever seen in a film. It's like the film makers felt like they would be offending certain demographics if they added an all black or all Mexican gang as the bad guys, so they decided to put together the most diverse gang ever so that they didn't feel like they were offending or leaving out any particular group. So what the viewers are left with is a Hodge podge of gangster hooligans; A white Italian dude, an extremely stereotypical Mexican Cholo, a gangster Asian, a black dude, a Pacific Islander, (not sure if he was Hawaiian or Somoan or some other Islander), and a few other ethnically diverse gang members. It has to be one of the dumbest gangs in any movie, and the only reason I can't definitively say it's the dumbest gang is because of Neil Breen. I think it was in " I am here....now" that had that fucking "gang." There's that scene where the one main sisters convinces her other sister, who had just lost her job, to become a prostitute. So she takes her sister to meet the "gang" who runs the prostitution ring, and ohh boy is that the most random group of ruffians, lol. There's the main black guy who shoots his buddy in the wrist because he wants to bang the new recruit first, so before an argument can even start, dude just pulls out is pistol and shoots his friend right through the wrist. Then it shows the other members of the "gang" and I nearly list my shit from laughing it was so absurd and ridiculous. So there is the big ass black dude who appears to be the leader, (and he at least kind of looks like he would be pretty gangster), but then it shows the rest of the "gang" and all sense of seriousness is murdered in its tracks because this "dangerous" street gang consists mainly of middle aged white guys wearing suits, with maybe 1 or 2 other guys who look like they might be in a gang, and it's not because they look like tough scary gangsters, but standing next to the gray haired old white guys in suits makes them look infinitely more tough and intimidating. Thank you Brian and Kyle for finding and sitting through this dumpster fire of a film, you are doing mankind a great service by finding and watching these awful movies so that we the people of the CZcams are aware of these abominations to the film industry. In all seriousness though, I really like this channel and I think it's awesome how you guys devote close to an hour to really dig deep into these movies and give us fans plenty of content to watch.
