Van Life Turkiye - Crossing into Asia

Join us this week as we explore the beautiful Turkiye! We are slowly making our way down the west coast, taking in the amazing scenery (and hospitality!)
We fell in love with the islands and peninsulas of the western coast - spending time travelling around Ayvalik and Cesme in particular. We were lucky enough to see a glimpse of the Children’s Day celebrations too - an entire public holiday dedicated to children! We did have a small 'run-in' with the police this week, but even they were the friendliest police we have come across - we really do love Turkiye!
We are still heading south down the western coast and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

We are Kieran & Beckie from the North west of the UK. In 2023 we packed up our lives in the UK to travel full time in our self-converted Ford minibus with our 3 dogs - Ralph, Sonny & Ted.
