An F1 grenade is extremely contained in its damage. It only rips flesh in 3-5 meters max, you can put it in your fkn refrigerator and hold the door. You'll feel it but you won't die.

I have to say gareth evans is the master of any violent scene . whether it be shooting to hand to hand combat, the unmatched brutally on screen is just awesome and horrific at the same time . A true craftsmen of this eras action
