Been subscribed to Erik's newsletter on substack for awhile.. but first time i'm seeing him on a podcast and finding out about Turpentine. Love the model... and great info.
Great podcast. Love how open Erik is with his strategy.
Incredibly valuable conversation.

Thank you both!
you are looking amazing Greg 😍
oh how the tables have turned
Is it possible to sell call options in private companies? Perhaps that means in someway venture money is being raised. But maybe we just need a way to be a VC influencer to push that strong signal of credibility without the venture backing part.
Greg, how do you spell Tegus? The Tegus I find is for investing.
i dont remember saying tegus
Erik mentioned Tegus, and yes, that’s the correct Tegus. It’s often used by investors to learn about various industries.
@@wealthpotion thanks for the clarification
you look like brothers!
Wow
I got curious when Erik mentioned how a big name person like Dave Perell could theoretically "produce" for lawyers and accountants. i.e. "making them the biggest lawyer on Twitter."
So what exactly would Dave Perell do? Ghostwrite the lawyer's tweets? Or just talk about how great the lawyer is and showcase their recent wins?
If Perrell is ghostwriting then his huge following doesnt really help. And if he's just shilling for the lawyer like a standard legal publicist, he'd lose a lot of credibility.
But maybe I'm missing something...
they look alike
I know you didn't just say bookface... how about foundrrs... oh wait...
