I understand that a ceremony like this is unimaginably complex, and sometimes things do go wrong. too bad the ring didn't work at the opening ceremony, but I think Russia has redeemed that glitch with a great closing ceremony - and making a joke about that damned ring was such class! Bravo Russia :)
This was done by chance, in order to show Russia that it is not finishing something, and how many mistakes she made in order to understand them and become better. And the news that the ring did not open was not specifically this damned journalists and pindos!!!!)
It then opened. Everything is thought out!
