Hey, good interview. I liked the PhonePe specific questions (especially the interviewees day-to-day and team structure). Your description says to leave feedback in the comments . Following is a generic feedback I have for these videos.
These interviews are always high level and not directly actionable. You'll come up with the same content the next time when you get a new PM from a diff company. I think you can jump into the specifics or functional details of the matter a little bit more.
For example, the interviewee touched upon the fact that PMs must understand the customer. But you didn't dive into her experience at PhonePe wrt how she went about developing this understanding. She mentioned that PhonePe engages with small merchants and BFSI . These are two interesting yet different types of customers. Did she go on the ground? Did she find a lot of sub-segments within merchants? How did the interviewee navigate the enterprise driven BFSI space. That would've made for an interesting conversation.
She mentioned stakeholder management. You could've dove deeper into what are the stakeholders in a BFSI, what are the strategic partners etc.

100% agree and we'd love to (in fact you can find a lot more about this on our Product Conversation series)
Although folks would love to share it here as well, sometimes they need to get approval to share a bunch of these on record. Also specifically trying to cover the breaking into PM bit here
But point taken - will try to dig deeper on the next one! Thanks for sharing your thoughts, really helps :)
