This is the problem of tyre
Steering vibration is because of M/T tyres use Hiway or All terrain tyres
Bhai it’s because of the tyre balancing… u should get tyre balancing done asap with alignment.
You should change the tires to H/T for overall better driving experience

Mud Terrain tyres are for the extreme off-roading, Ford Endeavour is enough capable to do off-roading even with HT tyres, if you are compromising with driving then you should get back the HT or AT, most of a vehicle used on highways noone does extreme off-roadings daily 🙏🫡

Most of the speedometers depict speed on the basis of number of rotation...
But if tyres are upgraded... And lets suppose circumference of tyre increases by 1.2 times..then real speed will be 1.2× depicted speed...
... You can calculate that difference...
So that may be the reason that you will your vehicle to be faster...
But still vibration are troublesome

Yes it's true , for measuring it out you can use Google maps for a certain distance and the car with big alloys than usual will show less Km driven when you reach the destination.
I got to know it when I was driving creta with big alloys and when I saw the speedometer I noticed we covered 4 km and in the meter it was showing 3.5Km.
It also affects you cars in build mileage display which may be showing 11 before changing tyres now it will be showing 8-9
