- Snapper Rocks is one of the most famous surf spots in Australia, if not the globe.
You've seen the pros tear it apart but what about longboarding at Snapper Rocks?
Well my super talented buddy Adam enjoyed the tail end of that epic Kirra swell tearing apart some waves, so sit back and enjoy!
When it comes to surfing Snapper Rocks everyones minds immediately jumps to the bucket load of famous locals - think the likes of Mick Fanning, Joel Parko and Occy.
And even on your average day surfing the Gold Coast in Australia you'll see heaps of epic talent and stickers on noses!
But when it comes to longboarding Snapper Rocks - espeically a solid Snapper Rocks - there are only a few who can really navigated this reeling right hander.
Putting his Firewire TJ Pro through its paces, Adam navigates the crowds with ease and I'm also slightly in awe at the way he can through around a 9'0 longboard like it's a 5'10!

Nice video 🔥and amazing skill to surf around the crowd. This board also became my favorite. I see you film with the A7iv, do you have any overheating when shooting videos like this one (I imagine 4k 60 422 10bit)?
Stoked you like the edit and are loving the TJ Pro too😊 In terms of overheating I've had a few problems over the last couple of months, but only with prolonged 4K clips. With surfing I find I'm doing lots of shorter clips so it hasnt been an issue with filming the waves. Only actually on 8bit as I find it's a lot more user friendly on my computer for editing!haha!

Looks like those long boards are going really fast, with video sped up like that.

Good surfing but his feet never move. Is it longboarding or just riding a Long board?
Different style of longboarding I guess - there’s traditional and performance and he definitely prefers the performance end of things!
