I loved the film! And yes, I agree wholeheartedly that Tyler needs to build a team of writers and consultants to bring the script up to reality and not this nonsense 90s New York in a loft life... And having Kelly do all these sex scenes for no reason, I was so mad! WE deserve better and you're getting old Tyler, you're no longer the only one and it seems you're no longer in touch with Black folks! You're like my parents who left Africa 40 years ago and think people still eat with their hands! They use utensils Mom, stop it! 😅 So Tyler, people don't live in the 80s anymore! Even know the point of the movie was to launch Kelly as a lead, write better scripts or hire people to do so!

I am by no means a Tyler Perry fan, but I thought this was a really good movie. Sans a much needed shower scene it was pretty good.
