Glad to know that I'm following these tips already which I learnt seeing my mom. How I used to get irritated when she'll ask me to clean the knife or mixer jar immediately after use but now that I'm married I realise how important it is to minimise your time in kitchen :-))

I am glad that I have been doing all that's mentioned in the video.. the biggest challenge is to follow these routines in joint family. We won't get the much needed support and cooperation that easily.

I have already practicing all the tips mentioned here, want to add one thing do not use wooden chopping board for cutting tomatoes, the juice gets accumulated in joints , also use 2-3 kitchen towels of different sizes and use them separately for wipping or keeping under chakala or holding hot lids etc.

Majority of these things I followed by myself just saw your video... really helpful to keep my kitchen , if my Mom inlaw doesn't follow this I get irritate n do this routine by myself at the end !

Thanks for all your informative videos .. it’s a pleasure watching them ..sharing one cleaning tip I follow :- I soak my Sponge cloths in a plastic mug half filled with water , a teaspoon of chlorox and a drop of Pril liquid …Next morning you ll find a clean sponge cloth from which all the stains have been removed . They ll look like new .

Thanks for sharing. Infact I do follow all these steps more than that and keep my kitchen very clean. Yes ofcourse I loved ur idea of folding carry bags which was not in my list.
Infact I have been using gala/scotchbrite brand wipes which are really very gud for cleaning everyday.
It also absorbs liquids easily.
I wud also luv to share that while cooking also if anything spills on gas stove I wipe it off with tissue paper and clean with wipe and later after finishing cooking I clean gas and other areas completely.
I'm so happy that I'm doing all these works regularly... On my own... I'm proud of me...I'm dng kitchen wrks..only for past three months... NVR did kitchen wrks earlier... I'm so happy... That I'm having good habits 👏👏👏👏😘😘

lovely tips. one more tip i would like u to include in your videos in future is to never use a wooden chakla or rolling board. instead use aluminum , steel or marble ones. bcoz with time wooden chaklas absorb oil , flour etc and retain bacteria. also they dont dry up easily. if u dont believe try this- wooden chakla boil in hot water for few minutes n u will see the how visibly perfectly clean chakla needs more cleaning somehow .

I have a tip for you.... if you use a tray instead of a tea towel when rolling your chapatis then you an rinse the try in the sink and won’t have the hassle of cleaning a cloth full of flour which can become sticky in the washing machine.

Agree with you. If you do a review of your method of working and inculcate some easy ways out it needn't become a drudgery. After all housework is a part of one's life isn't it?! By observing and learning we can make life easier for ourselves. We needn't be like the maids who work mechanically and refuse to change. Why? Because they are working in someone else's house not their own!
That's cause in India they think its maid job. In other countries just woman doesn't die. Their kids and husband help.
