Wilhelmsen Ships Service offers you a unique combination of Unitor equipment and chemicals that make cargo hold cleaning easier, safer and more efficient.
A few questions: Freshwater source? (lifted on the previous port?) Where is the resulting product disposed of? These are the major aspects that cause the operation to be expensive.
They are in tanker ships which have small tanks, but bulk carrier holds are big and can be managed The philosophy is that the only thing that will ever work on ships are the one which do not have many moving parts. On ship it is better to have manual things with less moving parts + skilled labors than Automated things with unskilled workers Because shit hits the fans once the machine breaks and now we can't order spare parts even if it does arrive it doesn't fit.
I saw one of these ships stuck at port because they didn't pass the inspection. Was from Afghanistan. They sent a guy down there with a shotgun to blast away rust patches. The customs lady didn't appreciate the fact that they refused to acknowledge her because she was female.
Those who design or manufacture such equipment have never worked in a ship themselves, the couplings are always leaking and can never be ordered from another port because it will never match, the hoses involved will tear only after one heavy industrial use, the chemicals' labels go away since they are made of paper and now we don't know which chemical is which, that welden pump will never be dedicated for hold cleaning, it will be kept in SOPEP because the SOPEP pump broke and the company won't send a new one. During hold cleaning everything is always makeshift leaks are covered with wrapped rags, torn hoses are wrapped with aluminum plate bound by copper wire etc Make something sturdy man
Hmm I may consider this for my massive oil cargo ship, thanks!
lol
Thankyou for the information. Maybe one day I'll have a giant cargo ship and would be tired scrubbing it, I'll give you a call.
I don't even have a cargo ship. CZcams is one confused fella
Just another video to wonder why I was suggested it.
Richard Zippler you never know, maybe someday you'll suddenly come into possession of a cargo ship in need of cleaning
aRandom Person maybe man, maybe
Richard Zippler what no cargo hold to be cleaned?
I thought that too, but then we both watched it so it clearly worked and we are clearly _terribly_ boring people.
to clean your cargo ship hold of course. so you dont stay in port too long. duh.
The how do they do it soundtrack really got me sold. Now I can clean all of my massive ships. Thanks youtube recomendations!
because billionaire shipping line owners watch youtube videos....
Of course we do.
Actually the do. Like all industries they need supplies that have the knowledge and knowhow to save money. Now you know why they are billionaires!
The hell was this on my recommendations, CZcams?
I do own a cargo ship. Thanks CZcams!

Great now I just need a ship with a giant cargo hole and I’ll give you a call.
I called you guys to clean up my hull and your sales people offered %15 off the regular rate , though the Sunday paper ad said it was %25 off ?
The fuck are you smoking? that suppose to be a joke or serious?
A few questions:
Freshwater source? (lifted on the previous port?)
Where is the resulting product disposed of?
These are the major aspects that cause the operation to be expensive.
This was the 2014 model. What’s the 2018 model like?
I was just wondering how to clean my fleet of bulk carriers, thanks CZcams.
airindiana use nilfisk hydro blaster
Where can I get the *handy* containers?
I'll try it on my tub thengya very much!
Why did i just watch an advertisement for ship cleaning chemicals i have never even been on a ship
How do you collect the waste water with chemicals? Werjaputit?
Where do those chemicals go
Commander Tard Right into the ocean through a drain. They aren't hand drying that big bitch.
-Blacklight - exactly why it’s a problem I mean that’s a lot of chemicals I’m no environmental protector or expert but this can’t be ok right
Same place your shit goes...
@@ryandoe11 lmao 🤣
#Wilhelmsen @Wilhelmsen Marine Products @Wilhelmsen Group
So where do those chemicals end up.balast then the ocean.?
Great but what about chemicals affecting ocean and creatures living in?
um duh its organic wash!!! As he said highly regulated!
Why cant these ships have a built in cleaning system, like a giant washing machine
it is more profitable to carry cargo rather than such machine.

I should be doing my thesis...
