He already made one I saw few days back, search on the channel. Basically the owner of urban gabru brand used them for social media marketing and hype under the VERBAL promise that they'll get ownership stake and when the funding for the brand came, he stopped picking their calls. Hence why, never believe any verbal agreements when it comes to business, only written legal ones. Prime example : McDonald's.
