Thank you all very much for your comments. The Idea of showing the family is to show the lifestyle. Without the people you don't quite get the sense of the equestrian life style, sunbathing by the waterfall, or how you might enjoy the property. We are drawn in by people. Imagine watching a movie without people, it's not so interesting. People help us visualize what your life could be like it we lived there. Please let me know what you think.
Makes perfect sense, without people the house it just seems dead. People in the house actually bring out your imagination on how you will live and walk around the house. Wish more realtors would adopt your ideas.

Very clever to show the family and the animals part of it that give life and energy to the house. I liked very much the room where they sit on the sofas and the one in the veranda. But what really touched me more...you won't believe it... ITS THE RIVER! When i saw the girls with swim suitsi felt envy because i wasn't in the river. I ADORE THESE SMALL RIVERS. My dream is a beautiful house nearby a river so i can go and swim.
Definitely up for buying this house. Just gotta get 17.5 mil first.

Thank you! This was one of the most enjoyable projects we have worked on. What is so special about this video is that this is a real family. The owners are the older couple and everyone else is either friend or family.
They are from rural north Georgia in the mountains and started a humble little grocery store. Over the years the store grew into a chain and at it's pentacle they decided to sell it.
In addition to this home they have about 250acres of property that is amazing and a huge classic car museum.
This couple was so sweet. There is a scene where the women are preparing sandwiches in the kitchen. Those sandwiches were actually for our production team. It was so sweet that she was working on them and at the last minute we decided to put that in the video.
Here's a funny observation. Notice the couple with the little girl. In each scene it just so happened that we kept having the mom standing around with wine in her hand. See if you can pick that out. She was so giggly and lit by the end of the day!

Y'know, I would normally say I'm jealous, but I'm really not. I wish I could live like that with my family, but they are already living like that, and I'm sure it's amazing for them. I guess you could say I admire what they have. Maybe someday I could have a place like that...but then again, there's the issue of my family not having such a great relationship. Maybe in the next life.

+Craig Johnson The owner of this house actually has one of the finest collection of muscle cars in the entire world. The car barn is 26, 000 square feet and was built to resemble a western town. It has a working saloon, a music stage, barbershop, a diner, and a full scale Mobil Gas Station.

Coming from a poor family, I've always dreamt of providing this sort of luxury house for them. The people who own houses like this better not take this shit for granted. I myself will do anything and everything to give my family a life like that.
The owners of this home come from very humble beginnings in the mountains of north Georgia. They opened a small grocery store that grew into a lucrative chain. They really epitomize rags to riches.

Its a very nice home. However I don't feel you need this much in order to feel like you are living the life. Everyone is different and need different things in life to feel happy. When I look at this place I just see bill after bill after bill to keep it up . That is a negative for me. However I suppose you could create jobs for others to keep it up for you (as long as you pay them a good wage since you won't be doing it yourself they deserve a good wage).
that's true. me, i would just need simple country home with wide view of the mountains with a wide spread of flower beds, where once in a while you will catch sight of bird chevrons or wild animals.
This is for somebody with a lot of money and a desire for privacy.. but it won’t be too private cause you’ll need to hire staff to clean and fix stuff.

I thought the video was great with the exception of the family. It threw me off, I didn't understand why they were part of the video. But the home, the editing, shots, music was all fantastic.

Christien Fletcher This was such a fun project. The folks in this video are actually related. The older couple own the home and everyone else is there children and grandchildren. It wasn’t hard to get them to show their love for each other. It was really beautiful and the whole crew was teary eyed during that last scene.

the property is flawless..but there was no need for the "EWINGS" to be in it!..lol..
some people are blessed and some arent. we may all aspire to have a lifestyle like this and work hard but because we did not start at the same level it may not be achieved. many of the wealthy we see have inherited money. it will stay in the family for decades to come.
+Jason Hughes I do agree that some people are dealt a better hand in life than others but with that being said anything is possible with hardwork, perseverance, and guts. The majority of the people on the Forbes 400 list are self-made and the owner of this estate started by selling chickens out of the back of his pickup truck.

Additionally, since this is such a high profile home with special clearances needed to view it, each potential buyer was given a 50pg bound book of the property photographs.
A 30-sec trailer was released before this video premiered and a drone video of the land and horses was published after this video.
Trust us! The marketing was impeccable.
Regarding the groceries. We can see how it appears this way, but the family provided a huge lunch to the crew and we just wanted to document how much care they took.
