i have seen this house in person as my parents have owned two houses in Chateau Elan where this is located. trust me pictures do not do it justice. one of the top 3 or 4 homes in the area. close to 16,000 square feet and sold in a depressed mkt for 1.995.000. you couldnt duplicate it for nearly twice that. truly a beautiful home!
What just 1,995,000? I know that it isnt cheap nor do I have that amount of money, but this is cheap for such a property.

How many bedrooms does this have in total? I want the blueprint for this house so I can build it where I live in VA. I want the exact blueprint for the entire property front yard grounds and all. The only thing it is missing is a beautiful pool in the back. Also the interior decorator who furnished the home. I would love the same furniture. Also I would probably make the basement a lot bigger for additional rooms such as a wine cellar and studio. The gym is way too small. Probably make the pool into a Jacuzzi and have the gym extended to accommodate many people being able to work out.

the only problem about this house is it's on a golf course. other then that it is perfect. absolutely gorgeous! my dream home....I would never leave home lol.
