SPRINGSPREE FEST - 2024 | KCP

Khalsa College Patiala Organised Springspree Fest.
School of Commerce and Management of Khalsa College, Patiala organised "Springspree Fest" in the college campus. During the week long fest students participated in various activities Business Quiz, Design a Book Cover and Book Title, Treasure Hunt, Kaun Banega Entrepreneur, Garden Gala, Chess Masters and, Skit Showcase. The last day of the fest started with Virsa-The Walk. Principal of the college awarded the winners of various competitions with the certificates and medals. Students of graduation and post graduation classes organised various refreshment and game stalls. Towards the end of the fest Raffle Draw was held in which 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize winners were declared and consolation prizes were also distributed.
Dr. Dharminder Singh Ubha, Principal of the college inaugurated the fest and congratulated faculty members and students of the department for organising such a lovely and colourful program. He encouraged students to be creative and innovative with their ideas and take part in extra-curricular activities. He said that such events help students to show their talent and also inculcate team spirit and cooperation among them.
Dr. Jasleen Kaur, Deputy Principal of the college, congratulated and appreciated the efforts of faculty members and the students. She said that the main purpose of organising such events is to make students aware of real life business practices and how to deal with customers. Dr. Jagjit Singh, Head of PG Department of Music Vocal and Dr. Ravinderjit Singh also graced the occasion with their presence. During the event faculty members from various departments and students visited the stalls.
