i respect him coz he give chance to his staff to make the drink..and appreciates their effort and idea..coz i work/know some of the chef, that just want to be a star and think their knowledge is above the sky..is just annoy me.the success of the chef is because of his leadership and the team effort.the staff will feel appreciate and feel motivated if the leader heard and give feedback on their idea.good job chef achatz
I love this series. It is interesting and fun, it's great to see chefs challenging each other and pushing boundaries. Something the public rarely gets to be party to.
I've only just heard of Grant Achatz and he seems like the future of cooking.
This is actually pretty cool, even though the drink is warm.
The mention of kluwak makes me hungry for rawon and pindang serani.
If pretentious is surviving painful cancer whilst working long hours for the sake of the career you have a passion in then...what do you do?
@avira1000 He's also recovering from Cancer.
Got to love internet trolls who say stuff just to annoy people, especially those who can't write properly! ;)
