- Life for Dee Stanton is improving at every turn. Her legal career is blossoming and her boyfriend Dominic unexpectedly proposes to her. Things were very different 11 years ago when her husband Paul was jailed for the brutal murders of four girls and Dee was hounded from her home. I am half way through this movie and up to now it’s been a really edge of the seat film,I’ll report again a bit later. My my my what a twisty turny ending Brit filming on the top of its game, acting and directing genuinely amazing film all around 🎉🎉🎉
Great movie. But a mother who tickles her 15 year old son and send him to school in a shirt 2 sizes to big is making him a weirdo. She Molly coddled him.😂❤

Very good movie. No swearing, thankfully! Great plot and excellent acting.
If you don’t like swearing avoid modern British drama! This was 2005. Times have changed. It’s usually Americans who mention swearing 😹 I honestly don’t notice it. Only thing that upsets me is in nearly every thriller they kill an animal. The boy throwing stones at a cat is far more offensive than mere words. People need to straighten their priorities!

I think that Jamie’s mom boyfriend is the real killer of the three women that his dad was accused of. Idk if anyone else notice that when the boy was searching for info about his dad, he saw a pic that look like his teacher..maybe it was my imagination let see 🤔

I guess with the plot it’s poetic Licence, just as implausible as Othello I guess. But the acting was excellent.

This is set around the time children began holding their parents hostage. Adults walking on eggshells around their offspring, denying them nothing including snacks (the start of the childhood obesity epidemic). The whole dynamic of families changed. Children could do no wrong and adult only spaces became virtually non - existent. This attitude did youngsters no favours. Worth a watch btw.
Very engaging movie. Good plot and good actors. I like the story how it weaves and bobs. Quite suspenseful

It isn’t a movie it’s an ITV drama serial from 2005. That’s when TV was still great ( British). I’ve forgotten it so good to see it. British drama is far superior to any other in my opinion. Georgia Moffat who plays the tarty Morag is married to famous Scottish actor David Tennant who played Dr Who and her dad Peter Davison also played Dr Who. Glad I’ve forgotten the plot line.!

The woman begging her ex husband is pathetic.
I like this movie and I never heard of this movie before. I am not sure now if he kill young teenage girl. His dad is evil he kill innocence young teenage girls and he doesn't feel remorse. He might be a good boy not evil like his dad. How can police lock him up in prison without physical evidence he kill her? Hopefully they catch real killer before they kill again.
This is quite good but Dominic running around after Dee and hardly seeing to his daughter is prob why Beth is the way she is!
