This water tower was build at a farm to have enough water pressure to reach every spot at the farm with water!

I didn't see the need for such a large foundation. Secondly why such a thick frame for only a 1000 litre tank ?
One could hv used half the amount of steel with a more smartly designed structure. Moreover this tank is doomed to be damaged in a few years. Did anyone even bother how one could get up so high and clean the tank ?
Yes, why not reinforced column if you have all this footing. At least to get a better view.
