If you think about it, All For One is the Orochimaru of My Hero Academia. They both steal lots of abilities and leave a major impact on both franchises.

If there is one word to describe All For One, is it this: Parasite. That’s what his was… he was a parasite who had been feeding off the world since Quirks were introduced, and he was taken down by not just Deku and Tomura, but ALL the people he hurt.

So yeah i got this info from the manga chapter detailing AFO's origin around chapter 400 if that could help.
