In these comic dubs whenever the boss comes asking the MC to come back after being responsible for firing or making the MC leave in the first place a response I always hope to hear is, "Sure I'll come back if you make me your boss." Since the boss always seems to make the request like their still the ones in control and superior despite failing to do the work the MC did.

I hate people that looks down on you after they find out you "dropped from regular school", almost like if school MEANS everything at work...and in fact, just looking at the MC, you have the proof that even someone that comes from a lower grade of school, you can be good at your job.

Since Tanaka is gone, both Keiichi and Yui are more than willing to listen to him and Kobayashi apologized for what Tanaka has done, but ensures that he has no intention to snatch Keiichi back to his company.
So, the deal ends up with Keiichi being assigned to oversee training within Kobayashi's company for a few months. Since Keiichi has the qualifications of a trainer, the employees in Kobayashi's company, old and new, shape up to become competent. Once they can take care of themselves, Keiichi takes his leave, go back to Yui. Another job well done.

The thumbnail looks fresh and a bit like a used version from a month back but clean nonetheless. This art style looks new. I've never seen this before. I wonder who the new artist is? I like how the character designs look somewhat old fashion and detailed. I was stunned upon seeing yui's design and her curvy nature. From the beginning, i was stunned by this keiichi's design and everything else. I see more 3d backgrounds here more frequently. I dunno why but i think this keiichi might be buff in a suit. Even some of the hands drawn here are detailed, especially the knuckles. I just noticed some change in bgm even some sounded computer like in the remix. Some of the background images look more life-like here. Their hairstyles look so retro like the 90's anime here. I always knew tanaka was a prick but Jesus, who disrespects someone's background like that. Some of the scenes looke like it pops. This episode feels like that time where keiichi was sent to the stix for arguing with his boss a month ago. I enjoyed this bit overall.

Incompetent bosses assign even more incompetent managers and get lucky to hire a super competent employee who gets tragically treated like sh*t and leave, and the aftermath is impossible to reverse by the time the incompetent CEO notices the company went to hell in a handbasket and discovers the new guy that left was the only person keeping the company alive

If there’s a reason why someone is valued at their job, it isn’t education. Rather it’s ethic, qualifications, and experience. Tanaka got what he deserved. Just cuz Keiichi was a high school drop out due to unfortunate circumstances, doesn’t mean he’s useless. His intelligence and qualifications were highly valued by everyone else and because of some jackass making unnecessary demands like printing 100 copies of EVERY document given and giving those copies to 100 stakeholders, is it any wonder why someone would quit after that kind of treatment?

I'm not gonna lie. From actual working experience, Keiichi sounds like the college graduate and Tanaka sounds like the high school dropout... (usually, college graduates are the ones with the bright ideas and try to push for changes in the office and look for more efficient ways to do things). But hey, that will ruin the story, so whatever.
There's something pretty odd, though. So Keiichi was forced to drop out of high school because of family financial matters, but somehow he can afford to take the CPA and bar exams, which cost quite a lot more than high school (I'm talking about the exams because exam fees are expensive as f, and that's not even considering the workshops and books he need to study, those cost a ton - and please, you won't conveniently find "free" online resources that will allow you to somehow pass both exams, otherwise everybody would be getting those certificates already). I mean, I get the whole "Keiichi is a high school dropout but he's actually super qualified" thing, but I don't think the author thought things through.
