Interesting build. Adding aghs shar will help to reduce incoming damage and increase counter helix proc on enemies.
On your last game, Timbersaw has high HP and Regen, and surely he would buy items with spell lifesteal. If you wanted to tip the balance on your favor, I think you should've built Shiva's Guard, not to mention it's also a recommended item for Axe.
i've found that nullifier makes timber lose all his tankiness.
Shouldve also went for blade mail, woulda saved his ass in 4 man team fights
with hero with aggressive play like axe, spirit vessel would also be fine too, since you can technically cast vessel on one person without it running out ( 8 sec duration, 7 sec cooldown)
Skadi is more in line with bullshit builds but yes.

haven't watched your vids in a hot minute. let me just say that your production has gotten SUPER good. the voice-over you've added in exchange for what quickly became meme overuse has made the videos WAY better to watch in a series.

I would add that I really enjoy having a clip showing that no build is bullet proof, and it's ok to lose (sometimes!).
@@jjpendragon None of his build is bulletproof. The only reason he gets away with these builds is cause he's smurfing in low brackect.
Recently I improved and going up from herald 5 to guardian 3 using Naga Siren played 17 matches get 13 wins, juggernaut 2 matches 2 wins and dark willow 2 matches 2 wins ( only lose 4 matches in 21 games)
Now next position I have to win one more for reaching guardian 4, I know is very hard, but I will try harder and harder again
I love how we went from a textbox caption to rizpol doing so much more voiceovers. I know it’s a bit more work due to having to create scripts, sound editing, and having to take lots of notes while in game, but i hella appreciate video even more because of it.

When I play against axe , mage slayer is usually a good item. In this particular case- it counters the whole idea at all. 2400 gold item, that counter the full fun. It reduses all incoming damage( the culling blade/axe passive by 35 % . Axe is using aggro , so you will hit him anyway as soon as he aggro you. So it is very easy to counter. 2400 item.
And my favourite heroeы for meteor hammer are void spirit ( he is literally need only tranquil boots and meteor hammer to contest a solo kill even with carry , my favourite pos 4 ( after pudge) with a winrate of almost 60 % on pos 4 / Just a hero who only relies on his skills and doesn`t need much items. ) , and another hero is arc warden with meteor hammer =) I used it when I played core roles, but on pos 4 it is incredibly strong.. as soon as you`ve got 2 meteors .. or just an illusion with boots of travel and MH - you send it to push the t1 towers like a THD.
By the way , for fast push I always take meteor on Pugna and THD ( not tidehunter, but twin head dragon - Jakiro - his shard + meteor +3rd skill = -tower in a few seconds)

Hex + spirit vessel will work against your counter in almost every situation, unless your hero doesn't have disable at all or your counter have bkb. But still, bkb have limit of maximal usage, while hex + vessel will scale throughout game progression. Consider it next time my man, these 2 item are the most underrated item purchased in this current mera. Imagine first item vessel, then hex directly
Honestly, try getting a voodoo mask after you get aghs. If you successfully call on three heroes (I want to say five but let's be realistic here) plus hopefully several creeps, the spell lifesteal is surprisingly effective in keeping you alive. Don't go for shroud, get bloodstone instead. Bloodstone and aghs shard. Bloodstone also means you don't need octarine for the extra health and mana pool. Activate bloodstone and get even more spell lifesteal and damage to mana for more culling blades! And if you want to be an even bigger raid boss, add kaya&sange and radiance (and don't forget aghs shard). Also, if you have a lot of culling blade stacks, better to go with the +1 armor talent -> More battle hunger dps, more spell lifesteal, the whole team can attack you and as long as you made a successful call, you. will. not. die. Think bloodstone, battle hunger and any spell amp/lifesteal my friend. Skip the Dagon, it doesn't scale well into late game.
Every timber game, spirit vessel and shadow blade are the must

I guess I wanted to see you put Riki inside LS (aghanim), then LS go inside tidehunter, then use pudge (dismember shard) to consume tide, then throw tide using spitfire aghanim. that would be fun to watch. (i dont know if that is possible)
No. Riki's "jump on ally" ability is limited in time. Pudge's shard dismember works without a time limit, but make it... Snap scepter eats pudge who ate tide who has been Infested with LS. Care Package from granny.

a memehammer seems good, but instead of dagon, I would go with blade mail, if there are some high DPS carries on oposite game. From return damage, they can hurt themselves more than from single target dagon shot :)

Jika kita bermain sebagai Axe dan menTarget / menyerang/ mengejar Lawan yang sedang sekarat, Axe akan berpose "Mengangkat Kapaknya tinggi-tinggi", hal ini menandakan lawan pasti Mati di Culling Blade oleh Axe (bahkan walaupun kelihatannya darah musuh masih banyak, tapi kalau Axe sudah pose Angkat Kapaknya, itu pasti mati di Culling Blade. Dan sebaliknya kalau musuh kelihatannya sekarat tapi Axe tidak Angkat Kapaknya, berarti belum waktunya di Culling Blade jadi bisa Fail). Semangat terus main DOTA ya :)

I used to do Axe Dagon back in the day. Glad to know it still works!
I used to play shivas dagon axe very often! Haaa Good ol dayz!
Also used to make orchid because axe has really low mana to use all items and spells, turns out after call and BM return damage while enemy is silenced By orchid the burst damage of orchid is more than enough to get direct culling blade. So I just started to skip dagon and went for orchid combos!
This might have been a better build for the last game in Rizpol's video. With bloodthorn, even Timbersaw's pure dmg spells can be reduced. The silence+dmg burst would also make pick offs much easier on enemies that don't have dispell items/bkb.

Mistakes.
I used to play dk before he was nerfed and you could get 80% dmg reduction and 78% magic resist.
Showl and heart were what armor hero need.
Or a shit ton of spell steal.
you should try undying axe combo in lane. I love axe spinning while casting meteor :V

if u play axe and facing timber as opponent, u need shiva, vessel, and bkb/force staff to escape from timber ult.
Me and mah bros tried the blood seeker and axe combo, bs would buy veil of discord while i buy sange and kaya while blood cast skill 1 on me i would deal about 1000+ damage. Its was good at first, but heroes with pure damage like silencer skill 2 or outworld devourer skill 1 will nullify your efforts of stacking armor.
Never play dota 2 again, but always watch new videos about dota 😁

its easy to say in retro spec best way to counter timber is with a silence silveregde and a shiva or assult circass

People underestimate shard. Honestly its incredible this patch. You can stack it to make enemies do literally 0 damage to you(from all sources). And it reduces taunt CD by 2 seconds, so if you are gonna get CD reduction, its even better
The taunt CD was 3 seconds and from aghs iirc. The shards increased helix chance by 10% and the stack thingy
I thought it's supposed to make them deal less damage ( the ones hit by the helix only)

Miss the mid axe with max second skill and necromonicon lvl 3 first item he was op then dagon shivas dagger.

Timber was the obvious counter for your team last game cuz u had alche and wk. imma try this one tho.
It's hard fight against timber when u play Axe. He can reduce the primary attribute almost 20% which is can greatly reduce axe hp and damage
Ohh, so you are the reason why I keep on seeing failed axe with this build lately.
You need to buy the shard for axe to make him viable for long term sustains in his taught. No shard. No plays.
Try cm aghanim shard and lycan aghanim scepter. Cm can ulti while running around.
