It depends if you wanna do a webseries or game. If you wanna make an actual game, I reccomend: Unity, RPG Maker for the coding, Photoshop, Krita, Paint Tool sai, Medi Bang paint for art. If you wanna do a webseries, Sony Vegas pro, Adobe Premier pro, Adobe After effects for the editing and same programs above for the art. Audacity for any audio mixing.
