कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट ने बंगाल की ममता बनर्जी सरकार को टीचर भर्ती मामले के बाद अब एक और बड़ा झटका दिया है. कोर्ट ने 2010 से अब तक जारी लगभग 5 लाख OBC प्रमाण पत्रों को रद्द कर दिया है. राष्‍ट्रीय स्‍वयं सेवक संघ (RSS) द्वारा लगाई गई याचिका पर कोर्ट का यह निर्णय सामने आया है. आरएसएस की तरफ से तब याचिका लगाकर कोर्ट में यह मांग की गई थी कि 2010 तक जो जाति ओबीसी की श्रेणी में थीं, उन्हीं को आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए.
The Calcutta High Court has given another big blow to the Mamata Banerjee government of Bengal after the teacher recruitment case. The court has cancelled about 5 lakh OBC certificates issued since 2010. This decision of the court has come on the petition filed by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). RSS had filed a petition in the court demanding that only those castes which were in the OBC category till 2010 should get reservation.
