The lessons that I learned is self love. When I started valuing myself more, respecting myself and knowing my self worth, what other people say about me doesn’t matter to me anymore. Because I know myself better. I trust in my own skills and capabilities. I now realise after spiritual healing, meditation and prayers that I had a clear vision of who I really am and my purpose in this world. I am meant to leave by example. If I haven’t learned the hardest lesson that I need to learn and that’s self love, I can’t share it with others. They say that you can’t give what you don’t have. That’s right. When I look in the mirror everyday I wake up, I’m more happy and contented because I know that I am a loveable person and values my self worth.

I have always thought of helping myself in order to help others, but never knew there is a more profound "MYSELF" which is I must love myself and just accept others for who they are. Sister Shivani is always teaching me something new about myself and what I need from myself and not from others. Very very comforting and true.
