For some reason, the view in Genshin makes me relax a little
Yeah. It's so familiar and calm

@@Chingbong1ok sir, you are the oldest, please give in to this child

This video technically is designed to highlight similar aspects so thats not surprising, but yeah most the differences cone from gameplay and gamemodes available
Bruh this video Is showing similar aspects lol there's way more in wuwa

No need for comparison, i will play both Games.
Damn right so will I

Same
I think a comparison is fine tbh there is no ill will towards either game it's just a comparison of two games of the same genre it's only ever bad when people start saying this game is better than this one or that game copied that one honestly so tiring
Can't wait to play this game ahhh so excited
@@Personthatsit Couldn’t agree more, I remember commenting on a wuwa yt short months ago saying that it’s good that the game is coming out to allow healthy competition. But to this day, people in the comments are still at war throwing insults towards one another about WW and GI and it’s really tarnished my hopes for the future of both communities…
Some of these are just common things in lots of open world games but some are almost too similar. You can tell they took major inspo from Genshin
You can tell genshin took all of BotW’s open world mechanics 🥰
You can tell genshin took a lot of them from the legend of zelda lol

Pretty sure both of them took inspo from BOTW
@anupambarua3407 please, tell me where in botw you have seelies, mushrooms jumping, and a lot of other stuff ww carbon copied from genshin?
Almost all of them are the same and we can't do anything about it
Comparing and malding about it gives stress and fight between communities making it toxic... Just play it both for goodness sake you people.

So basically they used AI and asked it to change it up a bit 😂

@than7831 nope, those are two really different games, unlike this carbon copy
@Ghandarva nah, look at the video they copied even the time needed to full recharge the stamina.
As an artist let me say people who keep saying realistic is better and how bad Genshin is for being simple, you guys don’t understand how much more work it takes to create simple/stylized art. Just look up Wreck it Ralph concept art for environment design. For Wreck it Ralph, they had to design multiple different concept art of even just a tree so that it matches the world like in the candy world. On the other hand, The Good Dinosaur by Pixar, they used realistic textures and realistic nature to save time so they don’t have to design new tree or grass designs. Genshin got inspiration from anime and hand painted multiple layers for their background to get that anime/Ghibli feeling. Realistic isn’t always better. Genshin has a lot of saturated color and it’s difficult to create a pretty background if you don’t understand color theory. It’s much easier to create desaturated colors like in real life. The reason so many games have realistic environments is because how less time they need to design a new unique style for literally everything. Copying from real life is the most basic fundamental part of learning as an artist.
Im just a player I don't care about art. ceeate more difficult art but urglier than reality doesn't make sence
stfu genshin looks pretty childish and wuwa give u the misterious and apocaliptic vibes
It’s too bright for me. Wuwa has easier on the eyes pallet for my taste.
Becoming a player of the game automatically makes you the consumer of art, you may not know it consciously but deep down somewhere you chose a particular game to play because you subconsciously liked it's *art* @@phuphu3428
lol. I'm sorry but you're appealing to authority and based on how you speak, I highly doubt you're an actual artist. It's not much easier to create desaturated colors like in real life. and NO, you saying that the reason so many games have realistic environments is because how less time they need to design a new unique style for literally everything is BS. With that stupid logic, you're saying that Elden Ring is animated and designed easier than a cel-shaded art style like Genshin. Or that Alan Wake was easier to make than cel-shaded anime art style.
It's ok if you prefer Genshin, but to presume that Genshin's art direction is harder to make is bs.
here we go again
The problem is with the community is, people just judge too quickly when a new product comes out
It's the modern society where everyone judges you
My only concern is getting used to the new names 😅😅 but I guess that's what makes it fun to learn new stuff 😁
A lot of the non combat related systems are similar so you can get away with using what ever you are used to. I personally still refer to traces on HSR as talents all the time

The problem is that when Genshin was launched, many of its mechanics were not from Breath of the Wild but were unique to Genshin. Various exploration features like the Seelies and even the character swapping, the reaction system with multiple elements, the anime-focused story, the presentation, and the storyline format, were all very different. In the case of WuWa, everything is very similar to Genshin, whereas Genshin was inspired, WuWa copied. There's a stark difference here. Does Breath of the Wild have anime graphics? Yeah except there's no point in playing Wuwa, genshin already has everything
What I see here is that Weathering devs were too scared to implement their own ideas because of the risk. Genshin succeeded so they copied what works. To me it's pathetic.
@@alreawon1212Not pathetic, it's a brilliant business move and it shows in the numbers it reached on the first day. I doubt they would have had this success if they didn't copy Genshin
A decent size of Genshin playerbase is fuming and looking for an excuse to abandon the game. So Kuro Games took advantage of the situation and created a game that seems familiar to Genshin players but offers new mechanics and difficulty. Things that Mihoyo fails to deliver
Once their playerbase is consolidated in a couple of months, they can start trying their own ideas.
oh yeah, the game all the genshin haters have been hyping up for a year straight.. a carbon copy of genshin
Genshin players should be thanking wawa for ....
1 -> Resin cap increases 200 (HRS has 240 with stackable)
2 -> G new endgame
3 -> droprate increases
Aaaand wuwa has nothing to do with any of that... Genshin already had resin cap increased as they added new regions/bosses/dungeons, new "abyss" was already in development 1+ year ago, and about droprates.. I don't really know what you meant by that
@@panacea2012No way u think the resin cap increase was actually a coincidence lol
@@panacea2012 the hell are you talking about? The cap was 160 for nearly 4 years
Wuwa players should be thanking genshin for ....
1 -> a 3 years developed game content for you to copy
2 ->no genshin, wuwa will not exist in first place, and you will still playing PGR
3 ->genshin popularity and player base to try your game
@@Dorankuu? It was 120 at the begining, they increased it to 160 later
Genshin impact is pure anime while wuthering waves based on 3d anime. But I love it
yep here we go again classic
genshin exploration when you play it first time
- beat the shit out of hillichurls , collect sunsiettas ,learns that the world is interactable so you try funny things like burning down grass and stepping on it , you find your first slime , charges your first amber shot and shoots it across the map to see how far it goes , the sun has set and the calm background music plays as you stare into the sunset from the top of monstadt mountains
wuthering waves when you play it first time
-finally you got into game after crashing for 10 times
-tutorial starts and you fight the first edgy boss , you meet overly high energy girl who is definitely not amber clone, you meet another edgy enemy , you go into city and finishes the quest which youve probably used skip button on , you go out to the wilderness , starts fighting with the badly optimised framerates , you starts your first wish but you cant check what other characters look like cuz there is no character data bank , you go into more fight cuz that what the world is full of , you collects chest and find lots of rewards , you try to explore wilderness only to find that it is just 80% fighting , the sun sets …..then you realised why genshin’s world was much better and not going through random locations hacking and slashing through enemies
The genshin nostalgic....
@@Mayday46 maybe but Only good games gives you nostalgia
@@98-carlmarkmarak22 100% agree. The nostalgic feeling stay permanent in me. I dont know if I ever continue try wuwa again. One day maybe?
"another genshin clone"
By the way, fowl is a real bird and Genshin at version 1.0 is a BOTW clone. The things you saw are very common in open world games.
Don't say that, you will make genshin players angry especially genshin knight bots. 😢
Pretty much same but different in how it looks. Overall I love Genshin style way more, the colors are vibrant and the atmosphere more happy. But we all know how genshin sadly doesn't care to listen to us. So I'll play WW now too, in hopes i'm treated better there.
i can’t imagine people debating over gta and rdr
this is exactly what’s happening with wuwa and genshin players
Exactly, just play what you think you like ( I play both games lol)
GI: You can copy my hw but dont make it obvious
WUWA:
Genshin: Just how much did you copy??
WW: Er, not much actually...
Product: Basically most mechanisms and system, except the light physics (lightrays seem to bend away from that world somehow).
Zelda: how much you guys copy?
Its a normal thing in business world, let me tell you.
You'll be surprised when you are going to discover that most open world games have the same mechanism
1:10 no because why are the birds a lizards the same?😭😭😭
and dont forget that not everyone would get a 1 copy of archellino on genshin xd
Genshin will start to improve because there's now a competition
Just like they did when Star Rail came out 🤣
@@shaneshane4226 that was their own game why would they care about competing with their own game??
They will but they will also soon realise WuWa is no competition lmao it's just a cheap knock off.
Nah, it won't last a month

The game is Genshin 2, that's what I thought from the beginning of the game. Only, after a few minutes of the game, I understood. Wuthering Waves has its own vibe and story. Yes the game has menus very similar to those of Genshin. An exploration also very similar But frankly I'm not disappointed with Wuthering Waves because it's as if I were playing a brand new game with just identical menus and things to do to Genshin.
It might be boring have just genshin all the time, why not have a quick try and see if we had the interest to continue playing. And hope it won't just stopped there or shuts down
Yea people should be carefull of spending till we see the staying power of the game, hopefully it can hold its own and we can have another fun game.
