@rocky bhai Showroom/workshops have all the service history/data with them each time vehicle visits workshop, they have to keep all the records of what job is done, also they put a remark if anything which is recommended by service advisor, but customer refuses to get it done. While buying the used vehicle, one should must know the service history of vehicle. Coming to your point "he could have told the showroom guys right that I am getting a customer" - Firstly, A showroom guy cannot give a false diagnose report, as it may directly impact on his Job. - Secondly, this is Buyer's choice in which service centre he wants to visit, and by which service advisor he want to get all the job done. So there is no chance of such 'Setting' between a dealership guy and service centre guy. Also, one should have a TRUST in peoples 🙂

There are so many instances where customers have been taken for rides due to bogus documents. It's a different thing that you haven't come across such instances.
