The one about eyes is almost true. When you're born you don't have all the melanin in your eyes yet, and this low level of melanin causes the blue hue, but as babies grow they get more melanin. If they don't get much more melanin their eyes remain blue, if their eyes are green they got a fair amount, brown/hazel means a hefty quantity, and dark brown/blackish means a whole frick ton.

Contrary to what everyone is saying in the comments section, the 2020 Olympics aren't actually cancelled, they're just planned to take place next summer, so unless it ends up being canceled altogether, we could still see if they bring them back, not that I believe that they will.

Although not brown specifially, babies generaly have a different eye color when born than later. This is, as refered to in the fake fact, because of a lack of melanin. A lack of pigments means that the iris is pretty much see through, making the color of the eye determined by the connective tissue and other cells that's behind the eye. This usually results in a very light blue color. This can however vary within different races.
