It's no secret that I was debating between tech or consulting as an entry-level job, but I started off in consulting right out of college. If I had to go back in time, would I go into tech or stay in consulting? Most people I know who wanted to pursue technology consulting are interested in both tech and consulting, but which exactly should you do first? I break it down on why tech, why consulting, and then my final verdict.

You definitely can! Management consultants do functional consulting in a lot of tech roles, so you just need to pivot!
