    I could never in my life wear a dress like this but you did a fantastic job and you wear it well. If I were in the market to spend thousands on this slip of a dress I would choose yours!
    Fabulous start to 2023!

    How interesting the difference the foam makes versus no foam. Thanks for the tips on turning the straps...I will definitely use that method going forward. 😊 BTW...your dress fits you so much better than the inspiration!

    I LOOVVEE!! You look stunning and the dress construction is so intricate I'm in awe I'd love to try this. I have quite a thick red duchess satin that I would love to use for this dress. Do you think i would still need to interface it?

  • @CristinaGVmusic
    @CristinaGVmusic Před rokem

    Love love love!!! I would prefer it with no foam too but sadly I can't really do that cause my tatas would be pointing directions 😂😂

  • @michellestrickland7613
    @michellestrickland7613 Před rokem +2

    Kachi, I understand why the foam wouldn't work but what about a power mesh or something similar? Wouldn't add any bulk but would give support and shape.

    • @THISISKACHI
      @THISISKACHI  Před rokem

      That might work! But I actually think the dress just with a facing works totally fine 👍🏻☺️

    also ich muss sagen ein wirklich mega schönes Kleid😍 bin nur dezent verwirrt wegen der Reißverschlussverarbeitung😅
    habe gelernt erst die Hintere Mitte beim Oberstoff bis zum Knips zu schließen, dann den reißverschluss einnähen. Danach die Mitte vom Futter schließen, bügeln und am Ende erst das Futter an den Reißverschluss nähen

  • @thegloriens6653
    @thegloriens6653 Před rokem

    I think that you could use a thinner foam, like a 2mm one and it would smooth the breasts area, give a bit of a push up effect while still not interfering with the overall shape of the dress not giving any gap in the underbust area

  • @janainamarques361
    @janainamarques361 Před 9 měsíci

    Olá todos o molde já está com margem de costura ou devo acrescentar?

  • @annavonbuchenroder5247

    For the bra foam, I am wondering what would happen if the bottom of the cup was extended down by 10 cm or so, but the thickness tapered from 5 mm down to 2mm or 1 mm thickness, maybe that would help with the under bust crease...

    I really want to make a satin slip dress that compliments my hourglass shape. I however only own white/off white satin and I don’t want it to look like a wedding dress. How can I do that?❤

    I would need extra support but this foam would do nothing for me. It would be better for me to problem solve with other undergarments with more personal options not attached to the dress that would crease and be stiff overall. My natural boobs need extra support but they are still in beautiful shape. every single shirt that comes with bra pads are immediately removed and thrown out because they are more unflattering and give an unnatural shape to the bust.
