Thank you for such amazing video!
Thanks for your video. It really helps me a lot to be a financial analyst. I'm looking forward your next videos.
thanks for the comment!
I heard so many really negative things about working in finance at Amazon from people I know who currently work there( and want to escape asap) that I will NEVER EVER apply for any role there (and I worked for different global businesses in the past) and I now warn all my friends to never even try to step into that toxic and horrible corporate environment of Amazon 🤢
Great.
What are the most useful hard tools/platforms/skills to learn beforehand that are used in FAANG marketing? For e.g SQL, advanced excel, Marketo, etc
Hi! Thank you for the comment. I don't think there is one particular skill/tool that you can leverage in all the roles, meaning it depends on what the role is. However, I realize that understanding data (mining, getting to insight) is really important as we use it every single day. Hope this helps!
Realistically how much does a Senior Financial Analyst earn per year? How much would one earn at Amazon?
Hi! thanks for the note! I would go check on level.fyi for that!
What’s the compensation for a SFA at Amazon?
Hi! thanks for the comment. I would strongly recommend you go check out level.fyi :)
What is your salary?
thanks for the comment!
@@CareerSchool lol
The average Amazon Financial Analyst earns $105,780 annually, which includes a base salary of $83,530 with a $22,250 bonus. This total compensation is $19,364 more than the US average for a Financial Analyst.
@@abefinance109 im a senior financial analyst at amex and they started me at 85k salary with a 5% yearly bonus. Wish i would have known this before i accepted the offer. Are you a level 6?
@@an237251 L5 is around $130k TC. L6 is closer to $170k TC. Amazon has been hiking pay like mad recently. Keep in mind an Amazon SFA is equivalent to a Manager at most other places. $85k base is actually pretty normal outside of FAANG. You're certainly not underpaid unless you're in VHCoL.
Helpful. Sounds like a really boring reporting job
Lol
Informative, but both r slow poke...।।
