If you loose weight. You will become faster, quicker simply because there is LESS WEIGHT to move around. Also a leaner muscular body requires less oxygen to pump those muscles with blood flow. Your comment or your transformation could simply mean that you became more explosive. But it could also mean that you wouldn't have 12 rounds of the same Tempo and Pop. Since your endurance wouldn't be in intensity more rather in short bursts for a limited time!
