  • In the early 1990's, through the effective investigative reporting of broadcast journalist, June Keithley- Castro, the case on Lipa was reopened. Her report pointed to a less thorough, incomplete and rushed investigation by the bishops who signed the negative verdict which consigned Lipa into oblivion. Since the appearance of her documentary and book on "Lipa" , devotion to the Mediatrix has revived and people stated to make their way on pilgrimages to Lipa Carmel.

    The term "co-redemptrix" is properly translated "the woman with the redeemer" or more literally "she who buys back with [the redeemer]." The prefix "co" comes from the Latin term "cum" which means "with" and not "equal to." Co-redemptrix therefore as applied to Mary refers to her exceptional cooperation with and under her divine son Jesus Christ, in the redemption of the human family, as manifested in Christian Scripture.

      IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT... AS THE MOTHER OF THE CRUCIFIEDSON, SHE ALSO 'WITH' HER SON CO-OPERATES FOR THE SALVATION OF THE HUMAN RACE. AS SHE IS 'MOTHER', LOOK AT IT THIS WAY.... YOU AND ME AS MOTHERS, ALWAYS LOOK AFTER OUR CHILDREN, AND WE WANT TO SAVE OUR CHILDREN FROM ALL HARM, EVIL, PAIN AND SORROW, SHE MORE SO...... AS SHE IS THE 'MOTHER OF GOD' AND ALL HUMANITY, WOULDN'T ALL MOTHERS DO THIS FOR THEIR FAMILY. THE WHOLE WORLD IS HER FAMILY.

    To whom it may concern,
    I am writing this letter as Leonora Dompor, and I wish to express my concerns and plea to the world leaders on behalf of the poorest, marginalized, innocent, and voiceless individuals in our society. Just as Saint Thérèse of Lisieux humbly reached out to world leaders in her time, I am following in her footsteps with a heartfelt appeal for assistance.
    For verification of my correspondence to world leaders, I kindly suggest checking and researching at the Don Carlos Post Office in Bukidnon, Philippines. It is there that you will find evidence of my efforts to engage with global leaders. I, Leonora Dompor, am humbly proclaiming myself as the modern-day Virgin Mary, the Lady of All Nations, and the Virgin Mary Mediatrix of all Graces.
    I diligently work to serve others, particularly the less fortunate, while maintaining a playful and cheerful demeanor. Though I understand that my claims of being the modern-day Virgin Mary may lead some to label me as crazy, foolish, or insane, I offer no defense. In fact, being labeled as such is reminiscent of the experiences of Jesus, Noah, and many saints throughout history, which I consider to be a compliment.
    Furthermore, I affirm the truth of the miraculous apparition of the Virgin Mary in Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. As Filipinos, we should embrace a sense of joy and pride in the fact that the modern-day Virgin Mary, Leonora Dompor, resides here in the Philippines. Should you wish to observe me in my neighborhood and witness my friendly, natural, spontaneous, cheerful, and beautiful nature from within, I invite you to visit my hometown of Don Carlos in Bukidnon.
    I extend my gratitude to anyone who takes the time to read my letter and consider the importance of my plea. May we all work together to uplift the lives of the less fortunate and bring about positive change in the world.
    Sincerely,
    Leonora Dompor

But, on this time Mary had been so misterious to convince people to the Messages of Her to re: affirm the mercy , love of our God Jesus Her Son.

    I love the way some comments place "Full of Grace" and full of sin, together. As if one can be full of grace and full of sin at the same time. To answer Biblical source for a spirit, Samuel whom Saul had called from the dead. And b4 saying, it was not Samuel but a demon pretending to be Samuel, please tell me where in the Bible it says this? The Bodily resurrection is what St Paul speaks of in a passage quoted, judgement day.

    I don't know where you got that interpretation from Matt. 12:50..whoever is ABLE to exemplify the COMPLETE purity, humbleness, graciousness, piety, etc. that is given to The Heavenly and Eternal Father from Our Lady and all in heaven. Whomever, here on earth, can give that perfect-ness to God,that which can only be given in complete perfection by those in Heaven, Jesus considers that person to be so pure as to call him/her brother, or his sister. But only ONE mother. Read vrs. above 50. cont

    God wants us to pray to Him only and not use any medium. He forbids the making and use of all kinds of images to aid in worship. God is a spirit and we worship Him in spirit and in truth. Jesus gave his disciples the "Our Father" prayer which is a prayer directed to the Father alone and not through anyone else. Let us follow what Jesus taught. Let us pray to God only.

    Since you understand Roman Catholicism, tell me how the immaculate conception doctrine reconciles with Ps 51:5, Rom 3:10 and Rom 3:23. If Mary is the mother of God in heaven, why did Jesus say in Mat. 12:50 that his mother are those who do the will of his Father in heaven?

    I am not a theologian and I am not here to convince you of anything. If you believe, good for you and if you don't believe, also good for you. I have much faith in my religion. Jesus said,"Do not forsake my house on earth." There are many man made laws, that are horrible and undeniable cracks in the wall. I don't have to follow them or believe them, but I do not forsake His House on earth. I do not want my own will. I want my will to be that of The Father, for Him to guide my steps.Be in peace.

    kiwi --- The miracle of the sun at Fatima is beyond any doubt of its supernatural origins. So what remains is this miracle was either from God or from the evil one. I cannot believe for one second that God would allow His daughter Mary to be used by Satan to spread errors to countless millions of the faithful. Jesus loved His Mother and it is pleasing to Him for us to show her great honor as well. Jesus would never allow Satan to mock her and mislead Catholics to such great error and sin.

    martin penaco... love our mother. it is necessary to go back to mary if we want to know about the truth about the church,truth about man and truth about jesus. mary intercedes for us. from mary to jesus her son,and from jesus to the father. out of all women,mary was chosen to be the mother of the son of god. we do not substitute her to god,instead we ask her to be closer to god,to pray for us. we ROMAN CATHOLICS are not idolizing. it depends on the person if you pray to the statue or the image. god himself commanded these image. the serpent made of bronze commanded to moses,the cherubs. remember that abandoninf the mother is but one step from abandoning the son. THOSE WHO NEGLECT OUR LADY WILL PERISH. mary was assumed body and soul to heaven just like her son jesus christ who ascended to heaven body and soul too. it may not be written that mary was assumed to heaven,,but the apostles and disciples of jesus witnessed it. LOVE OUR MOTHER. just a brief explanation to those who are against to our blessed.mother and those who do hate our religion. GOD BLESS!!!!

    My interpretation is solely based on what Scripture says. You on the other hand assumes that Mary is now alive and in heaven. Do you have any Scriptural support for that? Paul tells us in 1 Cor. 15:22-23 that we all will be made alive at Christ's return. There are of course, exceptions to this like Moses and Elijah but Scripture makes that exception, not us. So what's your basis for believing that Mary is alive and in heaven?

  • @mpenaco
    @mpenaco Před 12 lety

    If Jesus and the apostles adopted your "If you believe, good for you and if you don't believe, also good for you" attitude, they would not have been martyred for their faith. Our task as Christians is not to exercise our own faith and leave others alone. If Jesus left the pharisees alone with their man-made traditions, he would not have been killed. The apostles were persecuted and killed because they called attention to the evils of society.

      +Daniele Joseph Fernandez The Vatican never said Mary was Mediatrix: Second Vatican Council referred in its document Lumen Gentium to Mary as Advocate, Auxiliatrix, Adjutrix and Mediatrix. It did not use the phrase Mediatrix of all graces. Some Roman Catholics see Mary as Mediatrix of all grace, not all... And, one cannot continually and knowingly commit sin and expect to be saved always, as you say, for one might not go straight to hell, but instead, might spend eternity in purgatory... Something to think about "No matter how sinful" you become....

    You don't understand Roman Catholicism. I don't think you know why we have a Pope and what He is supposed to represent, here on earth.My religion proves the prophecies of the Old Testament. You wouldn't believe that the Mother Of God, asked St. Faustina to have a painting made of her, as she saw Her, just as Our Lady of Mediatrix asked, "Just like the one at Fatima." The Fifth Marion Dogma in all three aspects can be clearly understood by deep reflection on just one Scripture reference - Genesis 3:15. This prefigures Luke 1:28 where is physically present all Persons of God, plus The Woman promised; who comes at the perfect time. It is immoral to think any human intelligence can legislate the parameters of Heaven, much less protect Jesus Christ from some loss of status as the One Mediator. Every act of mediation requires the participation of at least three (but usually many more) independent wills. Our Heavenly Father is speaking in these scenes and no believer should turn the Marriage Proposal into a court martial whereby Christ loses some stripes.
    Why does Christ come by way of a Mother? .... Because time is THE aspect of life we cherish above all others. Time is the ordering by God of one moment to the next. This does not allow repair or redefinition. Clearly we can not have Jesus before Mary; as the jealous and arrogant thinkers would establish by contrary order. There is more chaos every day in the modern world because Mary has been held distant from mankind. The Papal declaration as Catholic Dogma of Coredemptrix - Meadiatrix of All Graces - and Universal Advocate will allow for Her powerful intercession. Sometimes, we just have to wait to be asked ... no? Does your mother usually prevail?

    Only Jesus' intercession appeases God's anger on sinful man. Mary is just like you and me, a sinner who needed Jesus' sacrifice to remove her sins. By putting Mary as co-intercessor with Jesus, you are guilty of idolatrous practice and attempting to take away the glory and honor that uniquely belongs to Jesus.

    • @mpenaco
      @mpenaco Před 4 lety

      @espouse de SACRECOEUR If Mary had not sinned, she would not need a savior but she herself confessed that she needed one. "My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour" [Luke 1:46,47]. The teaching that Mary is immaculate and sinless is just a false teaching. Besides, Jesus himself made it clear who his real mother is: "Whoever does God's will is my brother and sister and mother." (Mark 3:35). Mary does not have an exclusive claim to motherhood for Jesus.
