Just was looking at this a couple days ago, thanks for answering the questions I had without me having to ask first! Had the same when I kick it thoughts as well lol. Love the idea, but I don't know how well it would work out. Definitely no oak desk here either but 4 curious little ones, my eldest son already has had a blade (swords) obsession since he was 3 as if he grew up in the 80's playing d&d. I been screaming this at you tubers since I been into a knife collecting. Got all these extremely unique beautiful knives. "If I was you I would get a glass display case with led lights and put those babies on display"! instead of stuffing them in some foam bullet proof suit case. 😂. But I'm not you so do you! But I'm about to my collection point where I get to do my own displaying. Amazon has a 4 shelf all glass locking cabinet I got my eye own. I have a hard time having a couple thousand dollars on something I enjoy just sitting out of sight out of mind.

I enjoyed your watch videos but that's another vice of mine. It's even more of a weird niche than knives online though and a lot of knife bros don't see that point of mechanical watches and a lot of watch CZcams takes itself way too seriously despite both items being mostly just tewelry

I've been sad since Nick Shabazz cut back. Then while stumbling in the darkness, I came upon you. My load is lightened and I am less sad. Seriously, this guy is the best.
Sadly my collection of stuff is getting larger and leaving my knives randomly on shelves is not the ladies magnet I thought it was. I put my least used knives in a pelican case but have nothing but an empty area of my desk for watches.

Damn, if this was any other reviewer/influencer I would have stopped watching 2 minutes in, but you had me in stiches and I wanted to watch just so I didn't miss a hilarious comment. Great review or ad depending on how someone views it! For Me it is a strong NO because I live in an area with a high crime rate and I don't want to lose anything let alone hear that a knife stolen from my home was used in an attack etc.
I test and review products for Amazon and i choose to review a Holme & Hadfield Knife Display. Mine came with the acrylic lid all scuffed/scratched up at 1 of the hinges. They sent a new within 3 days of me notifying them. Mine is the darker color with black leather under the acrylic. It holds 4 knives to display, wish more, and the drawer to put others/sheaths etc.
Ray Bans? huh? Ive a few pairs that id like to sell/trade but dont know where to sell sunglasses. 2 of mine have the rare 'Blue Tint" glass from what ive read.

They took too long to shoot and test. I spent a lot of time working on math and numbers and interpreting data… and putting lots of hours on my camera for time lapse. Just wasn’t worth it for the views. Knives seemed more popular to I went with them.

ID bracelets are the hotness again.
I use cigars boxes, they are perfect for knives. The ones were there is an individual channel for each cigar. They ar emade of wood, they are free or cheap and I'm repurposing something that would get thrown away.

I carry and use expensive knives. I don’t buy stuff just to have it sit and collect dust. I buy things to use until I can’t use them anymore.

not all knives collectors I know or follow on youtube are well organized one hang them on the wall and one throw them the garage and if they disappear or get stolen replace or do not care he say he is not a knife collectors but he is outdoors items reviewer

I'd recon the inventory & then painstakingly find a subtly different replacement for each. Different blade steels, locking types, scales, blade shapes e.t.c... . Nothing so egregious as serrations, as good or better.
Once the gig was up, I'd place your old knives one by one in various places along your travels.
True, it's creepy as frick, and yes it would consume tremendous resources, but I don't see any better way to populate the void with sunshine & rainbows.

I have a really cool watch case that would be good for these nice knives. It’s made out of carbon fiber. Really nice glass see threw top. Has a lock and key. Think it was around 150 bux. It’s really nice tho. Can hold like 12 or 15 knives. Anyone Wana trade something for it lol
