U said that ki both the water gets reabsorbed which is released from descending limb of Henley and descending Vasa recta in the ascending vasa recta ...but aise to jyada water reabsorb ho jaayega jitna ki Vasa recta ne gain kr liya jitna usne loose bhi nhi kiya hoga

Question: Can ADH regulate urine concentration in absence of counter current mechanism? I did not understsnd where (how) this counter current mechanism help in concentrating the urine? Because it is only the ADH, which make the final reabsorption of water to regulate urine osmolarity.

Sir, as ascending limb is impermeable to water, then how in countercurrent exchange, h20 goes to ascending loop from interstitial
