I love Mr Caro, but I found it difficult to follow his storyline. Maybe it was because it was an unpleasant subject. I'm anxiously waiting for his next book on Johnson. 🤗
@ Molly . I find it easy to understand what he's talking about discovered this author yesterday--, listening to his interviews about his LBJ books. This is the same thing that's happened with the expressways in Chicago where I was born and partly raised. Destroying neighborhoods destroying lives With LBJ doing his part to destroy whole populations of people. I was fortunate that the neighborhood I lived in Board effected by expressways after I left them

What an absolute blessing to have been alive while this guy is writing. He's truly a national treasure, and we're blessed to have him.
