The ratio of active (exercise) and rest you choose (not too long for working and not too short for pause) is really a very balanced combo.. it not only recover the muscles but also don't let the muscles sleep (the adrenaline keeps on rush).. sir if possible then please release your merch 🙏❤

Amazing this was my recovery workout after my 30K long run yesterday. Loved it, I was wondering what to do after completing the Shred II 6 Weeks workout and this was amazing, thanks Dan for always such amazing challenging workouts, great music, sound queues and exercise labels. 🙏

Our group has tried dozens of other channels and fitness stars but you are by far the BEST. We have watched you develop & improve your style over the last year (e.g. no more editing between sets, occasionally lit fire place, green hat & red shoes etc.. We feel as if you have gotten to know you but we have a few questions that we hope you would answer. 1. Who is Tiff? 2. Do you plan on doing another 6 week shred and if so when? 3. Would you consider making an advanced workout or an advanced series (4:1 work to rest etc.)? 4. Would you consider letting your hair down - just once - for the ladies?
