IT stocks will bounce back if US banks turn positive. Keep Holding IT stocks if it is for long term purpose and buy on dip. Media stocks are not good to hold. Anyway specify the stocks.

Check their fundamentals, if it is ok then it can move up from 350-370. At least get some dividends till that. Though your loss was already big(25%) its a tough decision to ask you to exit
