07:55 This is an insane advice!
At 07:33 they said that the 100% chocolate is free of sugar and even diabetic-friendly, which is true, but then they procede to advise to eat it with dried fruit or peanut butter, both of which are full of sugar! With an advice like that you might be better off enjoying your 72% or even 50%+ chocolate, the ammount of sugar you consume might even be lower.
Beautifully documented! 😇
Informative video 💯
Chocolate brings joy and antioxidants-what a combination! 🍫 Going for high cocoa content while savoring in moderation is definitely the sweet spot.
chatgpt reply honestly.
Eating too much chocolate It will cause kidney stones too much calcium oxalate
Great video! Where's the last place tho?
Mr bucket chocolaterie
The darker ones like 95%-100% cocoa taste the best, anything below 90% is too sweet for me
you do realize sweetness comes not from the chocolate? there are plenty lighter ones like 76% thar are still bitter
@@trezenx well in general lower % tend to be sweeter than the high ones. I have not come across those lower than 100% thats bitter, they may be sugar free using alternative sweetner.
What about "dark chocolate", does a "bulk rectangle version" exist?
What about the tray like half width of Cadbury maybe to wrap like that using aluminium?
Planning to combine own recipe: choc-percent maybe like that as a "stocks left" type of website 1 day. Sometimes we just desire a kind of sweetness in life, the positioning and location of "safer from voltage from equator hole" could cause to be inside house, online order.
rare really good show from CNA
I take dark choc but when I saw reports of Lead and Cadmium level inside cocoa I reduce my intake.
Very good research & informative but Wish u had indicate in your notes to give credit to the last shop u did the filing so we can find out where it is i didnt know there is a chocolate shop that lets u do your own toppings 😮👍🏻 thanks
It’s probably Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie.
Why is episode on the review on discount stores removed?
It's a pity they cut the part about ruby chocolates. Otherwise, great video as always. 😊
I noticed that too 🤨
patent still ongoing. you want a copyright infringement lawsuit?
I eat 100% with black coffee, i love the bitter flavor and i tried 90% and 95% and they are sweet for me.
What's the location of the last cafe that she went to?
when will steven be back
i came here for munah

Hi, that’s me! I use a brand called cocoaVia it has been through clinical trials and has ben made to have high flavonoids content
@@michaelmacdonald9258 thank you! Will try it next time 😊
@@michaelmacdonald9258Hi Doc, did a quick check its like $2 per serving! Any (more) affordable option you'd consider?
21:44 wt f? hands in a jar meant for sharing with other patrons?
Having the same thought, too.
Me 3....wtfff
No need to downplay it, it will contain lead, and there is no known safe level of lead. That's the truth
Why not just make a drink with cacao or cocoa powder and cut the sugar?
Have the benefits without the downsides (sugar).
21:3 where is this shop?
Believe this is Mr. Bucket Chocolaterie at Dempsey

My answer to every Talking Point video ever : Everything in moderation la! No need to research so much actually.
no harm to give us more infos about it…. knowledge..but i agreed with u, everything in moderation is fine..
M&Ms for me.
alah everything just consume in moderation je, end of story...no matter how healthy or bad a food is, semua in moderation je
I make my OWN artisan chocolate snacks at home #NoWhiteSugar #NoPreservatives #Vegan 🤎🤎🙏
oh come on!
2 months ago a doctor told my mother to stop eating so much chocolate because it breeds bad bacteria in the gut & leads to digestion issues.
Thats because conventional chocolate are high in glucose percentage than actual cacao. Sugar breeds and ferment in gut. Also depending on context. Saying chocolate is bad is just generalization without any context.
It's not because of chocolates. It's because of the sugar in the chocolate.
You should tell your doctor about Dr William Li, the world renowned physician, scientist, MD.
quack doctor lol. she should only stop eating it(always in moderation) if she has preexisting gi issues like gerd, ibs, crohn's disease etc. if it is sugar free, some artificial sweeteners like sugar alcohols can cause digestive issues in some people but it is unrelated to gut bacteria balance. The only real issue with eating too much chocolate is the sugar.
🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🍫🍫🍫
I found perfect bal in90%
Everything seems to have one form of poison or the other these days. I am just tired
So in simple terms just enjoy it moderate levels. Lol that what she did in the end
If the low gi chocolate was made with artificial sweetener, it is as toxic....
CNA why your videos sound too low, my volume are max and my speaker are max but still low sound
I think u need to check ur ears
@@YewRisistible33 nah my ears are fine, maybe your using earphones. their videos lower sounds than Insider Business videos
Chocolate will be good for you if its made the same way as soylent green was
Oopps.. the yikes moment when she put her hand / fingers in to take the topping for the chocolate.
Actually chocolate is very problematic due to the caffeine in It.
Should be Pantera because Metallica is not heavy any more
The biggest fake is white milk " chocolate"
Good video for what it is. Now, a part 2 to address the very obvious controversy of slavery and child labour involved in chocolate industry. If you really want to talk about "guilt", finish your homework
I wish pure cacao would also be sweet just like a normal chocolate 😢
chocolate is actually cocoa with sugar..
I only buy Wonka
Why not just eat berries?? 😂
first sentence is a lie.
Although flattering How does she move around is such a tight dress 😄
I don't trust people who chooses milk chocolate
She started the video light skin Asian and comes out darker than my sister 😮
offset the bitterness? lmao women
😂😂
