A few things happen here. Woman sitting down litters. Man picks up the trash and hands it back to her. The man behind him thinks he is looking up her dress, then realizes he was just being a good citizen. The woman in the boots is checking to see if the guy who bent over took her wallet, which is actually secured inside her right boot. Similar to how if someone bumped into you, how you check your pocket the see if you have been mugged. Just my thoughts. Not necessarily 100% correct.
Wrong the lady drops the lapsed or card the guy takes the bare and picks it up the man behind him gets up and has walked over behind him now and has scanned his pocket while the lady with the boots on does her signal so the man that you thought was doing a good deed is getting scammed it’s big in Europe. Oddly enough it’s called a round about scam. After watching again I think the old woman got scammed cause the guy hands something off to the Girl which she puts in her right boot I know he scanned it though I was told to watch out for these kinds of scams when I went on leave years ago I wanted to go to Europe and Sweden and I did my second leave from tour cause I didn’t know if I was gonna live once I got back we was in a dangerous area with a lot of activity so yeah we and some friends went to Europe.

The woman checked her boot after the dude told her something, probably bc the guy who picked up the trash was suspicious of the item she dropped. Maybe a bus ticket of sorts, so she'd likely need it, so he told the girl in boots to check her valuables, just in case, but instead the dude behind quickly rocks up, and takes whatever good samaritan's got in his back pocket. The fact that the girl checked her boot after she was made aware of something happening behind her, shows that they're not in the nicest of neighborhoods, so maybe a place with many tourists, or with many pickpockets, to warrant that level of paranoia. I'm starting to feel paranoid myself now, but I'm almost 100% sure that old lady and old man are in on it. Other than that, the old man in the back was just quick about it. If you're on the bus, and you see 2 people talking since they got on, then you don't have to be that cautious about the guy doing something nasty to the girl, so old man in the back's movement is strange, because it's not like the bus stopped, or seats opened up anywhere, so he has no hurry to be anywhere else, and he's strangely observant and restless for someone not committing a crime.

The woman checked her boot after the dude told her something, probably bc the guy who picked up the trash was suspicious of the item she dropped. Maybe a bus ticket of sorts, so she'd likely need it, so he told the girl in boots to check her valuables, just in case, but instead the dude behind quickly rocks up, and takes whatever good samaritan's got in his back pocket. The fact that the girl checked her boot after she was made aware of something happening behind her, shows that they're not in the nicest of neighborhoods, so maybe a place with many tourists, or with many pickpockets, to warrant that level of paranoia.
I'm starting to feel paranoid myself now, but I'm almost 100% sure that old lady and old man are in on it. Other than that, the old man in the back was just quick about it.
If you're on the bus, and you see 2 people talking since they got on, then you don't have to be that cautious about the guy doing something nasty to the girl, so old man in the back's movement is strange, because it's not like the bus stopped, or seats opened up anywhere, so he has no hurry to be anywhere else, and he's strangely observant and restless for someone not committing a crime.
