I heard another oxtail cook say the oxtail won't be tender if it's not braised in liquid. You all soo proved that theory wrong EVERYDAY. Nick and Walt are just awesome. Pure smoking talent. 😊
Man this guy reminds me so much of my dad as far as personality and age . My pops is an old head too born 1962 I’m only 24 😂 it used to be so weird hearing him talk all old and stuff but now I miss it. He’s not dead just a deadbeat .
