It's the first time your teeth are feeling forces and pressure, so they are going to be sore for several days to a week. Subsequent aligners may or may not cause tooth tenderness. All of this is to be expected when teeth are being moved. Hang in there! I hope your treatment goes well.
I am soon to be 13 and on my 8th tray can’t wait to have straight teeth!!🎉🎉
