Hello I tried your crispy airfried okra today, turned out so delicious, everybody loved it at home including my toddler and my dad.the okra seeds tasted like popcorn and your masala mix is so good, thank you.this recipe is such a keeper
Corn flour might help to bind but doesn't have any taste to it. Gram flour will give flavor and rice flour will give the crispness. I have not explored that version, so no idea as to how it will turn out. Thanks!
@@sunildingankar8657 anything over 6 quart should be good enough for a family of four. Best one out there are Ninja, Cosori brands...I don't have this brand but heard they are good. Thanks!
I agree, cooking with very less or no oil will only dehydrate the veggie and the masala will turn too dry which is not going to be appetizing. You may cut down on the oil if desired🙂🙏thank you!

Can a corn flour be used in the place of gram floor and rice floor?

Seeing for first time . Will try
Do try and let me know your feedback🙏thank you!
Semma crispy a irukku🤩🤩..looking for a good air-fryer..which one do you use?
Thanks Jay! I have a small Bella Pro series 2 qt size, heard Ninja, Cosari ,Philips are good.
Nice video. Would you have an idea for a dip ?
Thank you, ketchup would be good or you should try light mayo mixed with hot sauce or cayenne for a spicy dip. Mint chutney would be good too!
Let me try this today

@@madhuri7084 awesome Shilpa, thank you so much ma!
Madam, is there any way to make this using frozen okra we get in store?
Frozen okra might work but won't be tasty nor crispy.
What can we used for the Graham flour?
Try using chickpea flour / gram flour.
Going to try this today!!
Go for it 🙂thank you!
For a family of 4, which airfryer will you suggest and capacity? Ideally it should make 3 sandwiches at a time.

Everything was good but I think you added too much oil. The whole point of cooking it in an air fryer is adding as less oil as possible. 😊

Tried making this.
In 10 minutes, my okra was nearly burnt.
Same with me, i should have not made this recipe 😕
