I might add that if your replacing because of overheating, then while it's off, remove the serpentine belt and spin the supercharger pulley while placing you finger in the hole where the pump attaches, it should spin, minis are known to loose oil in the supercharger and if left without service it will bust and then the pump won't run. If it don't spin, pull the charger and replace with a junk yard charger. Otherwise you will be doing this job again, immediately.
hello Eli Ramirez your over heating could be a thermostat problem which is much easier to change than water pump, to take front end of my mini took about 2 hours, then i tried to take supercharger of but i found this video and found out i didn't need to save me loads of time but i ordered the wrong water pump (there is about 5 different types)so i`m stuck now my car is in the air on axle stands and i cant get to the shop to swap water pump i`m in the uk hope this helps

Eli Ramirez yes, it is because I have the same problem with my 2004 Mini Cooper and will have to get a water pump for it.
