I ordered the exact bulb for my 2015 cbr300. The installation was like on a car (simple). They looked just like yours, however, when using turn signals it would flash turnsignal then headlight with no stop. Also, the bike wouldnt start with the led headlights in.
Everything is stock. I took them out ans put in the original bulbs. It started up fine and turn signals worked as expected. Any advice???
Do the LED lights cast more light off to the sides, outside the main beam, since overall brightness is higher?
They shouldnt have a wider beam, because the light source of the LED is in the same location as the light source from the OEM light.....which is directed by the reflector forward and onto the road. Long story short, should be a brighter beam, not a different spread.
How did the lights look after you installed the leds? Did it light up the road pretty good?
They looked great! Similar position and throw on the road, just white instead of orange, and a decent bit brighter 😎
